By browsing this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it took effect. If you keep using the site after we change them, you're accepting the updated version.
Vehicle listings and pricing
All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Our inventory moves, and a vehicle shown on this site may already be sold or under deposit by the time you see it.
Prices, availability, specifications, mileage, options, photos, and descriptions on this site are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate, but errors happen: a price can be entered wrong, a vehicle's details can be listed incorrectly, and information supplied to us by third parties such as vehicle history reports may be incomplete or wrong.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a vehicle at a stated price. A sale happens only when both sides sign the purchase paperwork at the dealership. The terms of any actual vehicle purchase, including price, fees, and the condition the vehicle is sold in, are set out in that paperwork, not on this website.
Please confirm any detail that matters to your decision with us directly before you rely on it.
The S&S AutoBroker service
The Broker Service page describes how our fee-based vehicle sourcing service works and what our fee tiers are. That description is there to help you understand the service. It's informational, and it is not a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular result.
If you decide to work with us, the actual engagement is governed by the written agreement you sign with us at that time. That agreement controls the fee you'll pay, what we're responsible for, what you're responsible for, and how the money is handled. If anything on this website conflicts with the agreement you sign, the signed agreement wins.
We don't guarantee that we'll find a specific vehicle, that we'll find one within a specific timeframe, or that a vehicle will be available at any particular price. Auction inventory and auction prices are outside our control.
Submitting the contact form on the Broker Service page does not create a brokerage relationship between us. It's a request for us to get in touch.

The design, layout, text, logos, graphics, and photographs on this website are the property of S&S MotorHaus LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The S&S MotorHaus name and logo are our marks.
You're welcome to view the site, and to print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use while you're shopping for a vehicle. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use our content for a commercial purpose, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you're not authorized to reach, or to submit automated, false, or fraudulent form entries.
No warranties about the website
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, S&S MotorHaus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, about the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the information on this site is accurate, complete, or current, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be free of harmful components.
This section is about the website only. It does not change, limit, or waive any rights you have with respect to a vehicle you actually buy from us. Those rights are governed by the purchase documents you sign and by California law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, S&S MotorHaus LLC and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website, or your reliance on any information on it. This includes lost profits, lost opportunity, and the cost of obtaining a substitute vehicle.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you relating to this website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under California law, including for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we don't operate, such as a vehicle history report, a lender, or our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you're there.
Privacy
Information you submit through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and where disputes are handled
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we both agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
Note for attorney review: this project has not decided whether to include an arbitration clause or class-action waiver. That's a business decision worth discussing before publication, and it interacts with the dispute-resolution terms in the purchase and brokerage paperwork.
Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
